I had a great experience staying at this place. The check-in process was smooth and the valet team was very kind and helpful in finding a parking spot for my car. The room I stayed in, Room 307, was comfortable and clean. The bed provided a good night's sleep and the bathroom, although the shower drain was a bit clogged, was neat. The room itself was spacious enough for me and my two kids. The best part was the hotel's strategic location, which made it easy for us to visit the nearby mall and the river for the Floating Market.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

the location was convenient, situated near a mall and a river that led to the floating market. Our room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a well-maintained bathroom. the hotel surprised us with a thoughtful birthday gesture, which we appreciated.
There was a minor issue with the restaurant tables not being cleaned promptly.

The beds were super comfy and we slept like babies during our stay. The hotel location was fantastic, right in the middle of all the action with great attractions within walking distance. The breakfast spread was delicious and had many options to choose from.
We had a few hiccups during our stay. our room was not ready at check-in time and we had to wait for over an hour.

The check-in process was smooth and the staff was friendly. We enjoyed the comfortable beds, which were perfect after a long day of exploring the city. the hotel's location was great as it was within walking distance of the mall and the river.
One of our laundry items went missing and the hotel staff couldn't find it or offer a solution. We also had to wait almost an hour for towels to be provided in our room.

We enjoyed the nifty Check In and the helpful valet team. Our room, 307, was clean, quite big, and the bed was comfortable. This hotel's strategic location is near a mall and the river, where we went to the Floating Market. Additionally, the hotel surprised us with a birthday gift, which we appreciated!
It was all superb.
